Covid-19 has caused millions of deaths around the world. Those deaths have occured because of a complex matrix of failures by international institutions, national governments and "scientific" advisers. Disastrous failures of Public Health have contributed to millions of Covid-19 deaths which I believe to have been avoidable. In a number of countries inquiries are being proposed to examine why Covid-19 has had such devastating effects, in causing millions of (avoidable) deaths and causing unprecedented economic damage around the world. I have serious doubts as to whether, at least in some settings, the inquiries will be able to (or may seek to) uncover the factors which contributed to or caused disastrous failings by international institutions, national governments and "scientific" advisers. In this blog I hope to be able to record at least some aspects of how Covid-19 has been (or will be) investigated around the world. Where the scope of content a proposed inquiry
